  • 60ml Original Reserve rum
  • 1 tsp demerara syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange twist

Method

    Stir rum, syrup and bitters over ice for 20 seconds.

    Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass.

  3. 3

    Express an orange twist over the top and drop it in.
