Espresso Martini
Ingredients
50ml Rumbaclaat Rum
25ml Cold Brew Coffee or Hot Espresso
25ml Coffee Liqueur
10ml Demerara Syrup
Toasted Marshmallow for garnish
Method
- Prepare your Demerara Syrup by dissolving 1 part of cane sugar into 1 part of boiling water. Let cool.
- Chill a V-shaped Martini glass.
- Add your hot espresso or cold brew to your shaker.
- Add your Demerara Syrup to your shaker.
- Add your Coffee Liqueur & Rumbaclaat Rum to your shaker.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain into your chilled glass.
- Garnish with three coffee beans or a toasted marshmallow.
